Hello! I am a Catholic wife and mom of nine, homeschooling eclectically and very averagely in sunny San Diego. I wrote about why I started this blog many years into our crazy journey in the “Welcome/How This Blog Came To Be” post.

Our oldest is a graduate of Thomas Aquinas College. Our second entered a Carmelite cloister and spent two and half years there. Our third is a student at TAC. Our fourth will join him there in August. We will have one high school girl, two junior high guys, one elementary-aged boy, and, lastly, a sweet six year-old girl with Down Syndrome whom we adopted.

We love camping, the beach, road trips, singing and playing piano and guitar, the Latin Mass, baseball, and being together. It’s not our best family picture, but it is the last one we took before Grace entered Carmel. ♥
